This is my go to salad dressing. It's so light and fresh and simple to go with any meal. Sometimes I just grill a piece of salmon and eat a mixed greens salad with this dressing on the side and it's actual heaven. I get so many DMs asking for the recipe and I can't believe I haven't officially posted it yet. So here we are!
Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 small shallot, finely diced
1/4 cup champagne vinegar
Maldon sea salt/Black pepper measured with the 🤍 and the 👅
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Start with your finely diced shallots and garlic in a bowl with your Dijon mustard. Add in your champagne vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and then start slowly pouring in your olive oil whilst whisking to emulsify the dressing until it's thickened slightly and well combined. Then add in your salt/pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Toss lightly over your favorite green of choice. I love little gem lettuce with cucumbers, radish and chives for the ultimate flavor packed crunch.
